Nameboard (“we”, “us”) designs, builds and hosts websites. We're based in Mumbai, India. You can reach us on WhatsApp or at hello@nameboard.co.in.
These terms apply when you request a preview, buy a plan or use any of our services. By paying for a plan, you agree to them.
Previews are free and carry no obligation. Until you pay, the design belongs to us; you may not copy or publish it. We may reuse general layouts, but never your name, photos or personal details.
Prices are listed on our pricing page in Indian rupees, before tax. For standard and personal plans, you pay after approving your preview. Signature is paid 50% at the start and 50% on design approval.
Delivery times start when you approve your preview and we have the content we need. If we're waiting on photos, text or approvals from you, the clock pauses until we receive them.
You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, including photos, logos and text. You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to use it to build and run your website.
We may show your website in our portfolio. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't, and we won't.
We register domains in your name. The registrar's own terms also apply. Domain fees are paid to the registrar and can't be refunded once registered.
Each plan covers 12 months of hosting. Renewal is at the price listed when you bought the plan. If you don't renew, your site stays up for 15 days, then goes offline. We'll send your site files on request for 30 days after that.
Each plan includes the rounds of changes listed for it. Small fixes are free for 30 days after launch. Later changes are covered by the care plan or quoted in advance.
We won't build or host websites that break Indian law, infringe someone else's rights, mislead people, or promote hate, violence or adult content. We may take down a site that does, after telling you why.
We work hard to keep your site running, but we can't guarantee it will never go down. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these terms. If a change affects a plan you've already paid for, it applies only from your next renewal, and we'll tell you beforehand.
