What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

On this page

What we collect

  • The details you send us: your name or business name, city, WhatsApp number and email.
  • The content you share for your website: photos, text, projects and prices.
  • Payment confirmations. We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN or bank passwords.

Why we use it

Only to make your preview, build and run your website, send you invoices and renewal reminders, and answer your questions. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Domain registrars, to register your domain in your name.
  • Our hosting provider, to store and serve your website.
  • Payment providers, to process your payment.
  • WhatsApp and email providers, which carry our messages with you.

Each of them handles your data under their own privacy policies.

This website

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address when the fonts load. The request form opens WhatsApp on your device; nothing is sent to us until you press send.

Visitors to your website

If your plan includes visitor analytics, we use a privacy-friendly tool that counts visits without tracking individuals. Enquiries from your site go directly to you.

How long we keep it

For as long as your website is active, and up to 12 months after it ends, unless the law requires us to keep invoices longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@nameboard.co.in, and we'll respond within 30 days.

Questions or complaints

Write to hello@nameboard.co.in with “Privacy” in the subject line.
