How paying us works.

When you pay

On Starter, Pro, Business and the personal plans, you pay only after you approve your preview. There is no advance.

Signature is the exception. Because it starts with weeks of research, it's paid half when we begin and half when you approve the design.

How to pay

• UPI from any app, to our business UPI ID, which we share on WhatsApp when you approve.
• A secure payment link for cards, net banking and wallets.
• Bank transfer on request, for larger plans.

Invoices and GST

You get an invoice for every payment, on WhatsApp and by email. Prices on this website are before tax; if GST applies, it's shown separately on your invoice.

Renewals

Your plan runs for 12 months. We remind you 30 days before it ends, with the renewal price that was printed when you signed up, and a payment link.

If you choose not to renew, your site stays up for a 15-day grace period, then goes offline. Your domain stays registered in your name, and we can send you your site files on request for 30 days.

Refunds

If your website isn't live on time after you pay, you get a full refund. Read the full refund policy.
