Refund policy

Before you pay

Nothing to refund: previews are free, and you can walk away at any point before paying.

Live on time, or your money back

If your website isn't live within the time promised for your plan after you approve and pay, you get a full refund of the plan price:

• Starter and personal plans: 48 hours
• Pro: 4 days
• Business: 7 days

Delays caused by waiting for your content or approvals don't count towards these times.

After your site is live

If something isn't working as promised in the first 7 days, we fix it free. If we can't, we refund the plan price.

Signature plan

The first 50% is fully refundable until research begins. After that, it covers work already done. The second 50% is fully refundable if you don't approve the final design.

Renewals

If you renew by mistake, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund the renewal in full.

What can't be refunded

• Domain fees, which are paid to the registrar.
• Third-party costs you've approved, such as ad spend or email subscriptions.

How to ask for a refund

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@nameboard.co.in. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
